1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Saudi public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Saudi Arabia)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and location
3. International Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days
- International shipping fees and any applicable customs duties are the responsibility of the customer
- Levelub is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
4. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Levelub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
